1,700 years ago, in 325, the Council of Nicaea proclaimed Jesus Christ to be "true God", "begotten, not made". Why was this event so important? What are the implications for the Christian faith and for the communion of Churches? How is it possible today for Catholics and Protestants to engage in dialogue with one another?
