Who among us has never experienced moments of rejection, humiliation, injustice, betrayal or guilt within our own families? These experiences, sometimes subtle, sometimes striking, leave deep scars. They shape the way we see the world and influence the way we relate to others.
In this workshop, Éric Trappeniers and Lucie Versnaeyen will invite you to explore how the family is our first school of relationships. They will highlight the family dynamics that can be sources of suffering and offer keys to better understanding them. They will also share concrete ways to discover how authentic, open and shared conversation can become a true path to reconciliation — with one's history, with others, and with oneself.
